澳大利亚朋克音乐， 从墨尔本到中国！！！

一群在一起写歌和玩歌的大男孩们,他们朝夕相处，相互团结和紧密结合在一起。可是他们的结识却非常不一般，在废弃的仓库、在忙碌的工地、在一个叫surburbia排练室的地方。并且通过他们共同的努力，backyard surgeons （后院的医生）很快诞生了！
虽说他们的乐队没有强大的明星阵容和音乐界的大人物，在互联网上也没有大量的搜索资料，但是他们始终保持自己的闪光点！2008年2月的专辑-Totally Numb是在纯滑板朋克记录的最好的,极快的速度，也同时保持了旋律和rawness乐队特有的风格。 
从2006年开始, backyard surgeons （后院的医生）在所有允许他们的地方表演和排练,酒吧、仓库、派队、饭店等等。我们在一个乐队，因为我们喜欢它，因为我们是队友，因为我们一起找乐子。每个人都需要在其一生的东西能让他们忘记了一天，忘记一天的生命周期.这是让我们记住我们在一起有多开心.否则我想我们会疯掉的。
这一切的付出并不代表想收获名利、金钱或是其他的，而是真正想把这支乐队走上正轨，得到大家真正的支持和认可！


Backyard Surgeons are a bunch of friends from Melbourne, Australia who happen to play music together. They decided to take it one step further and actually play a show at a bar in 2007 and ever since then, the fellas have been running around Australia playing punk rock how they see it.

The guys have been lucky enough to play with bands like NOFX, Bad Religion, Strung Out, No Use For A Name, Teenage Bottlerocket, Frenzal Rhomb and also managed to make heaps of mates with bands all around Australia too. It’s been a hell of a ride so far.

The band released their EP “Totally Numb” in 2009 and toured around Australia in support of it – it was a party the whole way. In true DIY fashion, Backyard Surgeons (with the help of This Town Touring) booked a 18 date tour of China and South East Asia “Just for kicks”, that was a crazy time for the guys and it was all captured on film by film maker Qiao Li.

2012 will see the band release their debut full length record “Destined for Dissent” through Australian labels Your Daughters Records and Broken Bones Music. Having cut their teeth for 5 years on the live circuit, the band thought it was time to release an album. The record will also see the China tour documentary “No Anaesthetic” be released alongside the new record. 

Put simply, Backyard Surgeons is about good times, great music and fun shows. Wherever opportunity presents itself, you can be sure that Backyard Surgeons will be there to make the most it.
