香港樂隊“For 返（For Fran）”，樂隊成員來自粵港兩地，融合了兩地不同的文化。

樂隊建立過程之流水帳
A 5-piece post-rock band with double basses.

In the year of 2009, Gary Chan ( On Drum ) was planning to organize a new band for something Shoegazing/ Post-Rock. At the same time, Carina Ho ( On Bass) was seeking a band with simliar style and heard from Bun Ng about Gary Chan's plan. Then they started to discuss about forming a band together and Gary introduced Law Chun Him ( On Guitar) and LaLa ( On Bass) to join.

As Carina Ho LaLa are both bassists, it sounds interesting and experimental for them to jam together in the same band. Later on, they had the first jam in Law Chun Him's Studio in June-2009. After few months, Law Chun Him introduced Cam Hwong ( On Guitar ) to join as a rhythm guitarist since Sept-2009.

Each of them brought some new ideas to the band everytime and the chemistry between them turned to be riffs and beats. Currently they are working hard for the demos and be prepared for future performances.
