沉默的鸟飞过一个又一个海洋
它飞得足够多了
想要在沙滩上静静睡去
但它却跌落在熙熙攘攘的人海中
折了翅膀，脏了羽毛。
沉默的鸟抬起头来
太阳依然升起，大海在声声召唤
它听到了心底最原始欲望的呐喊
那被蹂躏已久的欲望
尖叫着要它做出决定
于是它飞了回去
回到那片永恒的蓝色里。
我们是穿越千山万水才走到一起的16分钟乐队
我们愿把这偶然和不易的爱唱给你们听
16mins is a progressive, aggressive band that just formed in Beijing, the musical capital of China May 2011. When putting together 4 persons with such a distinctive difference in personality and musical style it usually falls apart, but with 16mins, just like their motto " we embrace all the possibilities" have been cranking out tunes one after another like fitting a magical jigsaw puzzle.
"Its like Radiohead playing the blues" guitarist Robin jokes. " With classical piano and singing" added by Sindy, the band's lead vocalist ,now switching from her former piano duty to a more electronic synth. 16mins will go what feels natural to them without the genre restrains. Check them out and decide for yourself!
