滨海湾金沙酒店坐落在新加坡滨海湾，占地面积约16hm2，是一座多功能酒店综合体。该综合体沿主轴线组织布局，轴线延伸至周边城市肌理。南北向步行街和大型拱廊通道横穿了整个项目，并与两条东西向的轴线（视线通道）相交。这两条东西向的轴线与规划中的海滨公园、地铁站、海湾大道以及海滨区相连。
滨海湾金沙酒店包括了12万m2（约130万sq ft）的世界级会议和展览设施；3栋56层的高层酒店，总共容纳了2 600多个房间；面积为1hm2（2.5英亩）的空中花园建于高层塔楼之上，为人们提供了可以360°欣赏城市和海景的场所，并为酒店提供包含游泳池、餐馆以及花园的室外娱乐设施；坐落于海角具有标志性的金沙博物馆；两座设计先进可以容纳4 000个座位的剧院；1座赌场；大量的购物及餐饮场所；以及一个沿着步行街、可容纳1万人的室外活动广场。

Marina Bay Sands, located on the Marina Bay waterfront, is a 40-acre mixed-use integrated resort. The complex is organized around principal axes that extend into the surrounding urban fabric. Both the north–south promenade and the grand arcade traverse the entire project and are crossed by two east–west spines (view corridors), which connect the planned Gardens by the Bay, the local metro station, Bayfront Avenue and the waterfront.
Marina Bay Sands combines more than 120 000 square metres (nearly 1.3 million square feet) of world-class convention and exhibition facilities; three 56-storey hotel towers containing more than 2 600 rooms in total; a 1-hectare (2.5-acre) sky park capping the towers, which offers 360-degree views of the city and sea and outdoor amenities for the hotel including swimming pools, restaurants and gardens; the iconic Sands Museum on the promontory; two state-of-the-art theatres with 4 000 seats; a casino; a wide array of shopping and dining outlets; and an outdoor event plaza along the promenade that can accommodate up to 10 000 people.
As part of the continuous necklace of activities surrounding Marina Bay, the complex forms a gateway to the city. Seen from ships anchored at sea, the two windows created by the towers and sky park frame the vistas towards downtown Singapore. Viewed from this vantage point, the project's foreground－composed of the Sands Museum, the promenade and undulating roof structures－serves as a base from which the hotel towers rise, curving skyward. A series of layered gardens extends the tropical garden landscape from Gardens by the Bay towards the bayfront.□
