Our Mission Statement:
- We want to become a benchmark club. We define a benchmark club as a club that sets example for the Toastmasters community nationwide. This requires that we excel in everything we do: we want to have the best website, the best Weibo broadcast, the best meeting, the best officer team, and the best members.
For each member, this means we need to push ourselves to our own limits. We are willing to do a project 3, or even 4 times just to get it right. We want to be our own best in the club.
- We value member involvement more than anything. The reputation of being a “benchmark club” means nothing to we individual members if we are not personally involved. We promise to speak at least once during a weekly meeting, and take initiative to finish our communication and leadership projects.
