一、Make a plan 制定好一天的工作计划

二、Diet adjustment 调整饮食

After the holiday, our diet should be regular. The first three days you can only eat vegetarian, also can drink a lot of boiled water, eat more crude fiber and green vegetables, speed up the body's metabolism, to help restore gastrointestinal health.

三、Do some sports 适度运动

everyday是形容词,在这里建议用every day,副词。
“Do it everyday, grow better! ” 这里同理,建议用every day。
surf in the Internet这里的in不对。
建议改成surf the Internet,或者surf on the Internet。
a "tensive, challenge and rational "work,这里的challenge不是形容词,建议改成challenging.
