ETHICS
伦理规定
General Statement on Ethics: the first responsibility of a therapist is to safeguard the well being of the patient. This is a basic right and expectation of the patient.
普遍的伦理原则:治疗师的首要职责就是,保证病人的福祉。这不仅是病家期待,也是基本权利。
All students subscribe to all the principles listed in the Chinese Psychological Society Code of Ethics. In addition, they agree to the following principles:
所有的学生已经签署同意中国心理学会的伦理规定。他们还同意如下附加条款:
1. Patients will not be abandoned when the training is completed. All treatments begun during training will be carried to their natural conclusion.
1、学习个案不可以在训练结束后被抛弃。所有在训练期间开始的治疗都必须享有自然的完结权利。
2. All students (who are not psychiatrists) must arrange for psychiatric backup as soon as they are accepted to CAPA. They must inform their supervisors that they have done so and give their supervisor the name and contact information of the psychiatrist. They must contact the psychiatric backup and explain the need for a collaborative relationship as soon as they are accepted.
2、所有(非精神科医生)的学生入学CAPA时,必须有一位精神科背景的人可提供专业帮助。他们必须向督导报告这位精神科医生的名字和信息。他们在入学时必须尽快联系这位精神科医生并达成协作关系。
CONFIDENTIALITY
保密规定
General Statement on Confidentiality:As a basic right of the patient, maintaining confidentiality regarding the patient’s communications is an essential condition for effective psychodynamic psychotherapy.The psychotherapist must not reveal the name of any patient, any identifying characteristics, or any information about present or past patient confidences, without the patient’s permission. The only exception to this rule is when such discussion takes place in educational, scientific or consultative situations, and even in these situations, special measures are taken (see below).
保密原则:此为病家的基本权利,将与病人的交流保持在保密范围内也是心理动力学心理治疗起效的基本条件。没有病人的许可,心理治疗师不可以泄露其名字、任何可识别出身份的个人信息,也不可以泄露任何以往和目前的,需要保密的任何信息。唯一的例外是作为教育、科研或咨询用途的案例讨论,即使这些情况里,也需要如下特殊考量。

Supervision:The name and any identifying characteristics of the patient should be kept confidential, even in the supervisory situation.
督导:即使在督导情境下,有关病人的姓名或任何可辨认信息也应保密。
Consultations:If a psychotherapist uses clinical material in consultation situations with colleagues, the identity of the patient must be disguised to protect the identity of the patient.If the therapist cannot disguise the patient’s identity, the patient’s approval and consent in writing is required. The patient has the right to refuse consent and to withdraw consent at any time.
咨询:如果一名心理治疗师使用临床材料与同行讨论,须掩盖病家身份以保护其不被识别出来。如果无法掩盖其身份,必须得到其本人的书面批准和书面同意。病人有权拒绝授权及在任何时候撤回授权。
Educational Settings:The identity of the patient (name and any identifying characteristics) must be kept confidential.If clinical material is presented, the identity must be disguised.If the identity cannot be disguised, the patient’s consent in writing must be given. The patient has the right to refuse and to withdraw consent at any time.
教育:病人的身份(姓名和可识别信息)需要保密。呈现临床材料时,必须隐瞒身份信息。如果身份无法掩盖,必须同时出示其书面授权。病人有权拒绝授权及在任何时候撤回授权。
Recordings: Students may not record patient’s sessions.Students are not permitted to record any lectures or classes, including Continuous Case conferences.
录音:学生不可在治疗时录音。学生不允许录制任何讲座或课程,包括持续案例讨论会。
PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR
专业举止
It is unprofessional to discuss your own treatment on Blogs and on Social Media where your patients may see it.It is unprofessional behavior to check your patients’ blogs or social media postings without the patients’ specific consent.
在博客及社交媒体上讨论病人是非常不专业的举止,病人可能会看到。没有病人的许可,查看其的博客和社交媒体也非专业举止。
