澳大利亚理事会国际领袖培训计划致力帮助来自指定亚太国家的艺术专业人士在澳大利亚参与两项领袖培训计划:艺术领袖培训计划 & 未来领袖培训计划
每项计划中有五个名额。
这些领袖培训计划将帮助您提高您的领导能力和发展专业关系网络。您将会接触到有影响力的澳大利亚艺术领袖，并探讨艺术在全球化与本土化之间遇到的挑战。
艺术领袖培训计划的对象为处于职业发展中期和资深的艺术专业人士。活动为期12个月，其中包括三次前往澳大利亚和印度尼西亚参加为期五天的驻地研讨会的机会。
未来领袖培训计划的对象为在职业生涯头10年的艺术专业人士。活动为期6个月，包括两次前往澳大利亚参加为期五天的驻地研讨会的机会。以自愿为原则，该项计划还提供在其中一次访问澳大利亚期间到一家艺术机构进行挂职交流。
两项计划还提供在线网络会议，学习材料，一个领袖培训项目，以及通过在线学习平台与其他参与者的交流学习。两项培训计划会合理地提供相关讲座，工作坊，体验式学习机会，自我评估总结，一对一互动，网络会议和一个领袖培训项目。

The Australia Council International Leadership Program supports arts professionals from selected Asia Pacific countries to join two leadership programs in Australia: Arts Leaders Program & Future Leaders Program
The Arts Leaders Program is for mid-career and established arts professionals. The activities run over a 12 month period including three trips to Australia and Indonesia to attend a five-day residential workshop.
The Future Leaders Program is for arts professionals who are in the first 10 years of their career. The activities run over a six month period including two trips to Australia to attend a five-day residential workshop and an optional secondment.
Both programs feature a balance of lectures, workshops, experiential learning, self-reflection, peer-to-peer engagement, online meetings and a leadership project.
WHO CAN A PPLY?
Arts professionals from the following countriescan apply:

—— Malaysia
—— Papua New Guinea
—— Philippines
—— Samoa
—— Vietnam
The program will be delivered in English and you must have proficient English language skills to join.
