是敌是友是一个来自上海的三人乐队。
他们的音乐风格游离与朋克和舞蹈摇滚之间，并以他们标志性的，肆无忌旦的造型和演出而为人所知。
 
自2010年组建以来，他们的影响力逐渐扩大，足迹也几乎遍及各个知名的独立音乐舞台。其中包括上海的YYT，Mao Live house，北京的22, Dos Kolegas, 和Old What Bar。除在这两个城市进行常规演出外，在遍及中国的各种音乐节上也可以看到他们富有感染力的现场演奏。
 
《我的大鸡爪可从不疲软！》是他们的首张专辑。自2011年末发布以来，得到了来自乐迷和上海独立音乐圈的一致好评。更因在封面中使用四幅漫画来讲述乐队离奇起源的创意，而被授予2012上海独立音乐年度最佳专辑封面设计奖。
 
在2012年，上海City Weekend更将他们评选为年度最佳乐队。而他们也再接再厉，新专辑《你把我的大鸡爪给怎么了？》是他们凭借乐队的独特魅力和极好的人缘，邀请全上海最好的独立音乐人根据他们的独到理解，对《我》中的歌曲进行全新演绎，重新混音灌制而成。
 
伴随着他们富有感染力的音乐和震撼舞台的表演风格，当心了，也许你的城市就是他们的下一个摧毁目标。
Friend or Foe is a three-piece band based in Shanghai, China. Their music bridges the gaps between punk, dance rock, and outright audacity.
 
Since their formation in 2010, they have graced many of the most iconic stages in China, including Shanghai’s Yuyintang and MAO Livehouse, and Beijing’s D22, Dos Kolegas, and Old What Bar. They have also performed at multiple festivals across the country, bringing their brand of infectious and playful punk rock to the masses.
 
In 2011, they released their debut full-length My Claw is Never Limp!, a musical blast not easily forgotten.
 
A comic insert into the album reveals one (but not the only) back story as to how the band ended up in Shanghai. In a poll of Shanghai musical luminaries, it was awarded best album art.
 
During 2012, in addition to being named Shanghai City Weekend’s Band of the Year, they released a full remix album based on the aforementioned Claw titled What Have You Done With My Claw!!??
 
With a sound full of fury and a stage presence that overtakes a venue, they are coming to demolish a city near you soon.
