介绍:
•IAC国际艺术文化交流志愿者团队成立于2008年10月，目的以协助大型国际艺术展览，艺术节、文化交流等交流活动提供前期及现场的组织协调服务。
自2008年-2009年，志愿者团队从最初的6个成员壮大到目前的一百多个，志愿者成员
来中国、英国、美国、丹麦 德国等多个国家 及在中国主要城市的在校大学生或从事艺术相关行业的在职人员。至今已参与多个国际艺术节前期的翻译，资料整理及现场协调，国际艺术家助理等工作。志愿者种类涵盖了英语翻译、西班牙语翻译，法语翻译 、摄影、交通向导、现场协调、艺术家材料助理、网络宣传等。
目前IAC志愿者团队刚结束了OPEN国际行为艺术节十周年及NOTCH北欧艺术节等艺术节的现场协助，团队成员希望在今后的发展中更多的发挥志愿者在各个领域的交流与能动性，与更多需要志愿者资源的社会服务机构建立交流合作，增进中国与国际艺术文化及公益环保项目的交流发展。
至此IAC将开辟
绿色小组：专为环保组织提供交流宣传及项目服务
音乐小组：专为音乐节及艺术节中的音乐项目服务
艺术小组：专为艺术会展、艺术节提供现场展览协调及艺术家助理
翻译小组：专为艺术机构及艺术交流活动提供专业艺术类翻译
摄影小组：专为艺术节音乐节现场拍摄图片及DV.并提供后期制作及资料整理
志愿者团队领导层实行选任推举制，按具体活动到场的主要志愿人员，通过进行短期活动培训后，民主推举并将设立薪酬：对于长期服务并有重大贡献的志愿者将设有补助性固定薪金，临时加入现场项目的志愿者提供餐费补助。
IAC international Art Communication volunteer team was established in October 2008. We support event preparation and offer event coordination for international art exhibitions, festivals, and communications.
From 2008 to 2009, the volunteer team has grown from 6 members to more than a hundred, including experienced professionals of various fields of art, active university students from major cities in China, and foreign friends from more than ten countries such as Britain, America, Denmark, and Germany. Such a diverse and passionate team offers services ranging from English translation, Spanish translation, French Translation, photography, direction guide, on-site coordination, online media support, and artist assistance. So far, we have worked with many international art festivals, in charge of material translation, files arrangement, on-site coordination, and artists assistance.
IAC volunteers have just finished on-site coordination for the 10th Open International performance art festival and NOTCH North Europe Art Festival. Members look forward to participating in more activities, cooperating with more organizations that need volunteer works, and promoting communications of art, culture, and non-profit between China and the world.
IAC sponsors:
Green team offers media promotion and support events of environmental organizations
Music team works for music festivals and music events in art festivals.
Art team coordinates for art exhibitions and assists artists for art festivals.
Translation team provides professional translation for art institute and activities.
Photography team documents art and music festivals with photos, videos, material editions and arrangements
