画廊简介

熏依社画廊在上海成立于2006年8月，由Shun创办，一直致力于亚洲艺术、文化的交流发展。「熏依社」取自Shun Art & Design的音译，熏即「Shun」，依即「艺术」Art，社即「设计」Design。画廊以亚洲当代艺术为理念，定期策划中、日、韩、印度当代艺术家的个展和群展，同时也注重国际名家的引进和交流展示。2021年是熏依社画廊成立的第15周年，期间还积极发起各类公益活动：629汶川大地震慈善义拍（2008）、「携手」东日本311地震慈善义拍（2011），并策划了2010上海世博会纪念版画巡展。熏依社画廊于2020年在日本东京成立了分支空间Shun Art Gallery · Tokyo Space，与上海共同搭建一个跨国的展示平台。

Shun Art Gallery was established in Shanghai in August 2006 by Shun, always committed to the development and communication of Asian art and culture. The gallery’s Chinese name “熏（xūn）依（yī）社（shè）“ comes from the Chinese pronunciation of Shun Art & Design, “xūn” is a homonym for Shun, “yī” is for Art, and “shè” is for Design. The gallery takes Asian contemporary art as its concept, regularly curate solo or group exhibitions of contemporary artists from China, Japan, Korea and India. At the same time, it also pays attention to the introduction and communicative exhibition of international masters. 2021 is the 15th anniversary of the establishment of Shun Art Gallery, and during this fifteen years, various public welfare activities were also actively initiated: 629 Wenchuan Earthquake Charity Auction(2008), “If We Hold On Together” East Japan 311 Earthquake Charity Auction(2011), and curated Shanghai Expo Prints Exhibition(2010). In 2020, Shun Art Gallery established the Shun Art Gallery·Tokyo Space in Japan, together with Shanghai to build a transnational exhibition platform.

Shun Art Gallery has moved to the most charming and most European-style Shanghai French Concession, officially opened the Old House Project. The new site is located at Room 108, No. 3, Lane 1363, Central Fuxing Road, Xuhui District, Shanghai. T: +86 (0)21 5496 1918 . Hours: 11 am ~ 7 pm (Closed on Monday).

WHAT DO WE DO

150平米的展示空间定期策划艺术家的个展和群展。画廊以亚洲当代艺术文化交流为理念，因为我们相信"亚洲"是下一个最重要的概念。本着作品是唯一的判断标准，主推亚洲年轻艺术家，为他们提供良好的发展平台，同时也致力于亚洲以及国际名家的引进展示。
Solo exhibitions and group exhibitions of contemporary art are organized and held regularly in this 150 sqm space. We are working on the concept of ASIAN CONTEMPORARY ART and aim to provide opportunities to Asian emerging artists to show case their works as well as introduce overseas artists. Shun Art Gallery trust “Asian” is the most important concept in the future.

画廊管理助理 1名

岗位职责：全职
- 对当代艺术有一定了解，理解策展人理念，协助完成画廊展览涉及的所有工作，确保年度展览按进度顺利进行；
- 优秀的文案策划能力，线上文案推广及媒体关系维护，包括自媒体运营维护；
- 负责画廊日常行政事务性工作及访客接待，藏家开发及作品销售；
- 协助空间展前布展和展后撤展等工作；
- 活动策划及现场执行；
- 其他公司交代的相关工作。

任职资格：
热爱艺术、大学本科及以上学历，1-2年工作经验，毕业于艺术管理，外语，媒体传播等相关专业优先；
需良好的语言沟通能力，日语优秀；会第二外语英语、法语的优先；
熟练操作Mac系统，掌握Word，Excel，PowerPoint等办公软件；
能应用设计软件Photoshop，AI的优先；
有画廊工作经验、或艺术类相关工作背景优先；
对自我要求较高，注重细节，有较强的市场感知力，愿意接受挑战，能承受琐碎的工作任务；
外貌端正，为人正直，积极主动，善于学习，能进行团队合作。


实习生招募／Intern Wanted

申请人实习时间需能够保证每周3-4天的工作日，实习周期不少于三个月。
Applicantisre quired to ensure that 3-4 days a week of work, not less than three months.

实习工作包括但不限定:
（画廊将依据个人能力统一安排）
- 参与画廊日常运营，展厅及展品的日常维护，包括访客接待、导览及展厅巡场；
- 协助展览前期联络推广、布撤展工作，整理并翻译展览图文资料等；
- 协助建构艺术家档案、库存管理、作品清点拍照及归档；
- 设计并制作各类印刷品及活动海报等；
- 线上文案推广及媒体关系维护，包括自媒体运营维护；
- 库存管理、作品清点拍照及归档；
- 展览执行模拟及计划；
- 其他需要参与的博览会活动。

Responsibilities will include:
（Galleries will do the arrangement according to individual ability）
- Participate in the operation of the gallery. Daily maintenance record of exhibition halls and exhibits; Including the visitor reception and exhibition guiding；
- Assist in the promotion of the exhibition, Documents translation(Chinese and English). Organize the information of the exhibition；
- Assist in the construction of the artist archives, inventory management, taking pictures and archiving of inventory;
- Participate in design and production of printing products; Design and producebrochures and posters;
- Writing, translation and media relations，Online media promotion, management and maintenance；
- Inventory management, pictures and archiving；
- Other needs to participate in the art fairs.

技能和资格：
良好的个人素质；
在校大学三、四年级学生或研究生；
热爱当代艺术，想更加了解艺术行业；
良好的外语能力及应用（英语/日语/韩语）；
熟练掌握Word，Excel，PowerPoint等办公软件；
熟练掌握PS，AI，ID等平面设计软件；
灵活性、可用型和自主性；
注重细节、有组织纪律性，可多线程工作。

Experience and Skills:
Good personal qualities;
Grade three and four students, or graduate students in university;
Love the contemporary art and want to know more about the art industry;
Fluency in English, Japanese or Korean;
Proficiency with Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.；
Proficiency with Photoshop, AI, ID；
Flexible, highly efficient, with initiatives;
Candidate must be detail-oriented, organized discipline, and multi-threaded work simultaneously.

考评：
获得正式招募后由画廊全职工作人员担任辅导员，依实习生参与项目程度、实习计划内容、实习过程、实习工作日志、实习报告等依实考评；
实习结束前需提交实习心得（含建议事项）报告书；
实习期满，将正式开具实习及考核评分证明。

Evaluation:
A chief of staff will guide the trainee. We will give you an evaluation according to the trainee participation degree inprograms, internship program content, internship log, and practice study and internship report;
The trainee should submit the internship report (including suggestions) before the end of the internship;
When the internship expires, we will offer you an official internship and assessments core.
