吳山專與英格應邀參與本屆台北雙年展
吳山專與英格•斯瓦拉•托斯朵蒂爾應2014台北雙年展之邀,展出「物權宣言」系列手稿。展览已於9月13日開幕,以「劇烈加速度」為主題,旨在表達與探討人類、動物、植物與物之間的共同生活狀態。展期間,將設題為「生產藝術」討論專場,以吳與英格的創作為案例展開。本文分享「物權宣言」手稿、藝術家自述及評論精選。

All of it is being been at large and identical in matter position and right(s). All of it is being endowed with a matter of course and existence and should be being acted towards one and another in a matter of objecthood.

Article 2/30
All of it is being entitled to all right(s) and at large, without distinction of any kind, such as birth, colour, gender, vibration, specific gravity, compass or other appearance, objective or world things-ship origin, inertia, place of being or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be being made on the basis of the compass relational, or universal status to which it belongs, whether it be been material or under any other limitation of the power of being.

作為吳山專與英格龐大的思考與創作系統中最重要的一條線索, 「物权」并非人权的相似物,更不是人所熟知的财产权,而恰恰是其反面。尽管声称要「给所有的现成物以最简单的权利的概念」,但「物权」要做的并非为「物」立言,它所陈述的不是物作为物自身的权利,因为在《物权》中,自由=超越尺度,而權利=物所當然。 「物权」对「人权」的贡献不止于提供一个反思与批判的维度,而是一种加补,用吴山专本人的话说,就是「给人权以开放的容量」。对吴与英格来说,人权是一个极其封闭的容器,在《人权宣言》中,对人权的这种天命式规定的基础——人性,其本身的设定是封闭的。

As one of the most important clues to Inga and Wu's ponderous contemplative and creative system, thing's rights are not a proxy of human rights, nor are they what are widely known as real rights, but rather their opposite. Despite its claims to 'grant all the readymade things the simplest concept of rights', what Thing's Right(s) aims at isn't the construction of a discourse: what it states are not rights that things have by themselves, since in Thing's Right(s) freedom equals "at large", and rights are tantamount to "matter of course". The contributions made by Thing's Right(s) to 'human rights' are not confined to a reflective and critical dimension. Rather they are a kind of amendments. In Wu's own words, they 'supply human rights with the capacity for openness'. For both Inga and Wu, human rights are an extremely segregated vessel. In Declaration of Human Rights, the rather providential basis on which human rights are stipulated – humanity – is itself a closed provision.

吳山專1960年生於中國,1986年畢業於浙江美術學院師範系,1995年畢業於漢堡藝術學院自由藝術系。 1985創立紅色幽默,1990年創立國際紅色幽默。英格•斯瓦拉•托斯朵蒂爾1966年生於冰島,1991年畢業於冰島藝術學院繪畫系,1995年畢業於漢堡藝術學院自由藝術系。 1993創立雷神女兒粉化服務,1999年創立BORG藝術機構。
吳山專與英格自1991年合作至今。

Inga Svala Thórsdóttir, Icelandic born 1966. Gratuated 1991 from Painting Department of the Icelandic School of Arts and Crafts. 1995 gratuated from the Hochschule für bildende Künste in Hamburg. 1993 founded Thor’s Daughter’s Pulverization Service.1999 founded BORG. Wu Shanzhuan, 1960 born in China, 1986 graduated from Normal Department of the Zejiang Art Academy. 1995 graduated from the Hochschule für bildende Künste in Hamburg. 1985 founded Red Humour. 1990 founded Red Humour International.
Since 1991 Thórsdóttir and Wu have been working and exhibiting collaborative.
