NPR(全国公共广播电台)在2012年8月7日公布了一份由75,220人投票选举的"Your Favorites: 100 Best-Ever Teen Novels"。正如一千个人心目中有一千个哈姆雷特那样，看完榜单，肯定有人为心爱的作品落选而口诛笔伐，同时有人为自己的心头爱的入选摇旗呐喊。不过我看的倒是这几年新近的YA作品的欣欣向荣。就我个人的经验来说，往往近期的YA（热门）作品从难度上低于古典或者经典的童书，所以我很希望从YA作品来入手。古典或者经典作品当然也要听，但是贴近现实生活的YA作品可以学习到很多流行品牌和用语。
